Our story is one of passion, dedication, and family legacy. Grace Engineering Construction was founded in 1994 by the visionary of Mr. D.G. Kumarasinghe, a man driven by a commitment to quality and the genuine care he poured into every project. At a time when marketing was just a luxury, he relied solely on the strength of word-of-mouth recommendations to grow his business. His integrity, unmatched craftsmanship, and deep respect for his clients became the foundation of the company’s success.
A Legacy Handed Down
In 2018, after decades of hard work and a trail of happy homeowners, our Chairman D.G. Kumarasinghe entrusted the company to his one and only daughter, our current Managing Director Miss Nadeesha Kumarasinghe. With the same values instilled by her father, Nadeesha took the reins, infusing the company with fresh vision and innovation while remaining steadfast in honoring the principles that built the company’s name.
Under her leadership, Grace Engineering Construction has not only upheld its legacy but also expanded its horizons. What began as a trusted name in building homes has now grown into a versatile construction powerhouse.
Our Managing Director Miss Nadeesha has taken the company to new heights, introducing services that include the construction of hotels and resorts, commercial buildings, and steel structures, as well as renovations and remodels. She also integrated interior design expertise and Furniture Design ensuring that every project is as beautiful inside as it is structurally sound.
